CCS' Executive Team contributes decades of experience in corporate management, oil and natural gas operations, environmental waste management and strategy implementation. CCS further benefits from the personal familiarity and track record of long-standing executive members and managers. In particular, Chairman and C.E.O. David P. Werklund greatly enhances the company through his substantial experience as founder and C.E.O of the organization since its inception over 20 years ago. As well, his interests are strongly aligned with those of other unitholders through his 30 percent ownership in the company.

David P. Werklund, President and C.E.O. of CCS is the Company's largest shareholder. He is the founder of CCS and co-founder of Concord Well Servicing. He built CCS from a small oilfield service company based in northern Alberta. Mr. Werklund's current role at CCS as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer is to pursue long-term business opportunities. Mr. Werklund won the title of 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year. |

Gordon Vivian, President, Concord Well Servicing co-founded Concord Well Servicing with David Werklund in 1979 and is now Concord's President. Prior to 1979, Mr. Vivian was employed in the oil and gas drilling and well servicing industry. |

David Mattinson, P. Eng., President, HAZCO Environmental Services is one of the previous five owners of HAZCO. He has extensive earthwork related experience in heavy civil construction and site remediation. Prior to joining HAZCO in 1991, he worked for CANA Construction Company and Magnesium Company of Canada. David has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary. |

David Fulton, Vice President, Corporate Human Resources joined CCS in September 2007. He started his career in the paper industry in Ontario before beginning a 26 year career with Shell Canada Limited where his last position was VP Human Resources for the company. His time with Shell took him through HR assignments in Exploration and Production, Downstream Refining and Marketing, Corporate roles in HR and Strategic Planning, as well as assignments in Sarnia and Toronto; and two assignments overseas in London, UK. David has a MA in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a BA from the University of Warwick in UK. |

Rob Van Walleghem, Vice President & General Counsel, joined CCS with over 20 years of legal experience, including Builders Energy Services Trust where he served as Vice President, Legal & Corporate Secretary. Prior to that, he served as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Tesco Corporation. He commenced his in-house legal career as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Cell-Loc Inc. following a practice in the areas of corporate, commercial, securities and civil litigation. Mr. Van Walleghem obtained his BA (1985) from the University of British Columbia and his LLB (1988) from the University of Calgary.

Diane Yuill, CA, Vice-President and Corporate Controller joined CCS in 2002 with 10 years of experience as the Corporate and Operations Controller for companies in the engineering, construction and energy services sectors. Ms. Yuill started her career at a public accounting firm and received her CA designation in 1990. Diane graduated in 1986 from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting.

Greg Gross, Vice President, Procurement and Supply Chain has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and procurement. Previous to his position at CCS, Greg was Vice President, Supply Chain and Procurement for Siemens Water Technology (USFilter). Greg has been successful at developing and implementing purchasing and supply chain programs at a number of organizations throughout Canada and the United States. He is passionate about purchasing excellence, cost-saving and people development. Greg attained his Bachelor of Business Management with a major in Materials Management from Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario. |
