Beck Drilling and Environmental Services

Beck Drilling and Environmental Services is one of Canada’s largest drilling companies offering geotechnical, environmental and geological coring services to Western Canada. With over 75 drill rigs and equipment carriers, Beck offers drilling services at any location: wet or dry, downtown in a city centre or in a sensitive land preserve.

 

CCS Energy Marketing

Established in October 2004, CCS Energy Marketing (CEM) purchases pipeline spec crude oil and condensate recovered by CCS Midstream Services facilities and from third party producers. CEM provides opportunities for customers to improve netbacks by looking at delivery options within the network of CCS facilities.

 

CCS Midstream Services

With customer service facilities in Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia, CCS Midstream Services has become Western Canada’s leader in treatment, recovery and disposal of petroleum by-products. CCS maintains a long-term commitment to environmental stewardship by constantly setting – and raising – industry standards. CCS leads the industry in innovative solutions, including efficient separation of emulsion and drilling mud, Gravity Compression Systems, Cavern disposal of oil by-products, recovery of crude oil for marketing, tank cleaning, and engineered landfill disposal.

 

CCS Midstream Services (U.S.)

CCS Midstream Services (U.S.) operates 3 disposal wells in the Barnett Shale Gas Play near Fort

Worth, Texas. These facilities specialize in the disposal of produced salt water, flowback water and other E&P waste streams and provide freshwater to drilling locations. In addition, they provide produced water treatment through their patented Contained Separation (ConSep) system. CCS also operates Mobley Oilfield Services which transports, manages and disposes of a variety of liquids used or produced in upstream oilfield operations. Mobley offers extensive expertise in supplying fluid management solutions specialized for the massive hydraulic fracturing programs in Eastern Texas. Mobley also owns and operates three salt water disposal wells.

 

Concord Well Servicing

Concord Well Servicing offers service rigs from strategically located offices convenient to producing areas in Alberta, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories. Concord’s services include well completions, re-completions, workovers, production repairs, stimulations, swabbing, well abandonments, drilling, re-entries, and slant rig services. Concord’s new intelligent rigs (I-RIG) feature automated data acquisition, safety control, communications and reporting systems. 

 

HAZCO Environmental Services

HAZCO is a full-service environmental contractor, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for environmental challenges. HAZCO has extensive expertise in many areas of waste management, soil and groundwater remediation, environmental construction, demolition and decommissioning, asset recovery and recycling. HAZCO also provides specialized services to meet the emergency response needs of both government and industry. 

Concord Rentals

Concord Rentals provides rental equipment for well work-overs and completions. Their fleet of equipment includes light towers, office trailers, matting, catwalks, fire suppression kits, two-way radios, threadwashers, and fuel tanks. HiAlta also rents out and services a wide variety of oilfield parts and equipment such as casing scrapers, chokes, various valves, pumps, gaskets and flanges.

 

HMI Industries

Established in 1951, HMI Industries has grown to become Alberta’s leading metals recycling company. Conducting operations across the province, HMI services the oil and gas industry offering demolition, yard clean-up, asset recovery, salvage and metal bin services. HMI also provides a suite of services to national and local rail lines including emergency response, car decommissioning, and asset recovery. By maintaining a full fleet of modern fixed and mobile processing equipment, HMI specializes in providing metals recycling services in unconventional environments.

 

Lionhead Engineering

Lionhead Engineering specializes in providing innovative regulatory compliance solutions for managing the final stages of the oilfield life cycle. Specifically, Lionhead’s services focus on inactive well management, well and pipeline abandonment, facility decommissioning, and surface casing vent flow and gas migration testing and repair. Their services also include wellhead cutting and capping, wellbore re-entries, liability assessments on current or prospective assets, and hot-tapping and cold-tapping services. 

 

MAXEN

MAXEN provides an online Logistics Management System that delivers profitability for customers and carriers through greater transportation efficiencies and lower administration costs. MAXEN’s proprietary electronic service monitors and manages the complete administration of each transaction through GPS tracking and e-commerce solutions. Carriers know exactly what the rate is and when they will be paid for their service. Customers know what they are paying for, and that their specific requirements are met by each carrier.

Normcan specializes in providing expertise and experience for the safe management of Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORM). From the initial site assessment right through to disposal, Normcan’s team of certified Radiation Safety Officers (RSOs), professional engineers and experienced field staff can provide technical expertise and practical solutions to satisfy all NORM regulatory requirements.

ProDrill Fluid Technologies supplies drilling fluids and engineering services including: newly developed SAGD and foam drilling systems; extensive experience with a variety of inhibitive water-based and oil-based fluids; drilling waste management/monitoring program; tanks for sumpless drilling; oil mud facilities in Grande Prairie and Edson; complete laboratory facilities for problem solving; and, in-house training and customer seminars.
